8 oz cream cheese
1 lb ground turkey or beef
6 Large russet potatoes or 10 small potatoes
2 cups of cheese
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp dill
1. Bake the potatoes until done. You have two options here. You can either bake them in the oven at 375 degrees for about an hour, or your can microwave them using the baked potato setting until they are soft. While the potatoes are baking you can prepare the rest of the ingredients.
2. Cook the turkey or beef in a pan until done.
3. Place the cream cheese in a bowl, and beat with electric mixer until creamy. Add in seasonings and cheese and stir well.
4. Once the potatoes are baked, take and scoop out the insides from the skin. Place the insides in the cream cheese mixture and beat some more until creamy.
5. Use a spoon to stir in the meet.
6. Take a spoon and scoop the mixture inside each potato skin
7. Sprinkle with cheese on top ,and bake for 10-15 minutes are 375 degrees.
These are so delicious, and make great leftovers! You can also change the recipe up by adding veggies to it if you like
