2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic
1. Begin by cutting off the end of the beans
2. Spray your pan with a little bit of oil. I used a stone ware pan that I bought from Sur La Table http://www.surlatable.com/product/PRO-1238898/Oven+to+Table+Stoneware+Bakers+Sets+of+2
3. Place your beans in the pan
4. Add sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, pepper and garlic to beans and stir.
5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until they start to blacken slightly
These are a great side dish to accompany any meat of fish.
